7 months agoToday a trip to Fano Adriano, an enchanting and lost place in Abruzzo that is worth a visit for the nativity scene and the church of the town. The real excellence, however, is the Mom Restaurant masterfully run by Gina and her partner. Vegan foods resulting from taste studies with excellent results. I have only tried some of the dishes that I publish below but I will be back because I want to taste everything. Brava Gina, desire to always discover and experiment to the fullest. Paying a visit is super recommended.

2 months ago- it's a magical place. we were speechless, even from the refined and welcoming environment: there is a very nice "bubble" outside and a very well-kept room inside (the dishes they use are wonderful). - gina and max were very kind and very willing to tell us the story of the name of the place. - it is possible to have a tasting or choose single dishes. we took the tasting of vegetable fermented products (spectacular), cappelletti in apple broth (very special), crepes stuffed with pumpkin, cauliflower and vegetable béchamel and a dish consisting of artichokes, potato croquettes, potatoes, chickpea tempeh ( self-produced) and carrot cream. finally a very special dessert. - the prices are medium-high but fair considering the context and the excellent quality of the raw materials. the portions are average. we very much appreciated the fact that they brought us a loaf each, some breadsticks, a delicious pumpkin bread (all self-produced) and a welcome appetizer in addition to the chosen dishes. - it's great to see the passion and care they both put into their work, they really impressed me. - the only advice I could give is to expand the choice of dishes a little bit, even if everything is so perfectly taken care of that the only thing I can really say is compliments❤️ we will be back for sure in the summer to appreciate even more the view.
